 Masood Ayoob CA

Masood is a principal in the firm’s Business Advisory and Audit Services Divisions.
He is originally from Zimbabwe where he worked for ten years with an international accounting practice. He joined Cranstoun & Hussein in 1990 and has a wealth of experience in accounting, taxation and audit services covering a diverse range of organisations.

 Paul Copeland B.BUS, CA

Paul is a principal in the firm’s Business Advisory Services Division. Paul has worked for second tier accounting practices for a number of years and also spent time in commerce. He joined Cranstoun & Hussein in 2000 and has worked in the business services division specialising in the medical industry, childcare and property development.

 Junaide Latif CA

Junaide is a principal in the firm’s Audit and Assurance Division.
Junaide is originally from Zimbabwe where he worked for an international accounting practice in external audit and accounting services covering a diverse range of organisations. He also worked in internal audit for two years before joining Cranstoun & Hussein in 1999. He is in charge of the firm’s Audit and Assurance Division.

 Julie Smith B.BUS, CA FTIA

Julie is a principal in the firm’s Taxation Consulting and Business Advisory Services Division.
Julie has worked for city based accounting firms since 1994. She worked as a Business Services Manager with Cranstoun and Hussein from 2000 to 2003 before taking a period of leave to have her children. She rejoined the firm in 2006 and became a principal from 1 July 2007. She specialises in the provision of taxation advice including income tax, capital gains tax, superannuation, GST and FBT. Julie also has a diverse range of business clients.

David recently retired from partnership responsibilities but continues with the firm in a consultancy capacity.
He has over thirty years experience in public accounting and has been a principal of the firm since 1981. David specialises in taxation services including international tax and in insolvency and reconstruction services.

 Yusuf Hussein FCA FTIA

Yusuf also recently retired from partnership responsibilities but continues with the firm in a consultancy capacity.
Yusuf is originally from Zimbabwe where he qualified with an international accounting practice. He also has worked in London, Toronto and Melbourne. He joined Cranstoun & Hussein in 1982. He has worked in audit services and business services advisory where he has provided taxation and accounting services to a wide range of clients. In recent years he has accepted board appointments of large private companies.
